Cardio goals: 

-All levels-run a mile in 8:00 minutes or less

-Varsity-must have a team average of 7:30 or less

AMRAP: As Many Rounds As Possible

-repeat each circuit as many times as possible in the time specified or complete the listed number of rounds.

​

Weights:

-Most workouts will be body weight, but some may require dumbbells (or household objects, get creative!)

​

Workout logs and assignment reflections:

-Logs due daily

-Reflections due every Sunday night

200m = half a lap (one curve, one straight)

100m = one straight
